CommerceGate Adds 3 Clients to Portfolio

LOS ANGELES — Internet service provider CommerceGate has announced the addition of Cybersocket.com, ManCheck.com and PistolMedia.com to its portfolio.

The company boasts its acceptance of an array of payment methods and currencies, 24-hour multilingual customer service, and stats interface as some of the reasons why companies sign on with CommerceGate.

“At the end of the day, they’ve chosen us for the same, simple reason a lot of companies do — we make them more money,” CommerceGate CEO Bjorn Skarlen said.

Brian Randall of PistolMedia told XBIZ that CommerceGate’s support of the euro was the main reason he chose to work with the company.

“I was impressed by its ability to bill and pay in euro,” Randall said. “We’re a euro-based company, so it worked well for me.”

CommerceGate also offers customizable fraud controls, allowing clients to adjust protection levels according to their own standards and perceived risk.

This announcement coincides with the company’s sponsorship of the GAYVN Awards held in San Francisco Feb. 22.
